Menu contains different parameters that can be evaluated. Windguru will evaluate conditions for each day of the forecast separately. "During daylight" conditions only consider forecast hours between sunrise and sunset at given location (most people will choose this probably...), other conditions calculate with night hours too.

If you set more conditions then all of them must be met at the same time in order to send the alert (AND operator).
