Credit / debit card payment on windguru.cz - RECOMMENDED

we use 3D-secure solution when accepting credit cards - the most modern application by Visa and MasterCard which offers safe credit card payments on the internet.
credit card details are entered to bank directly, windguru.cz does not have access to your credit card details

The card-issuing entity allows using mostly the embossed cards for on-line shopping. Using of the electronic cards VISA Electron and Maestro is possible after the approval of your issuer/bank. We suggest you to obtain an information from your issuer about the possibility of using your card for on-line shopping (There are some virtual cards issued specifically for this type of transactions)

How does the payment work?

If you decide to use credit card payment, you choose the type of the card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron or Maestro) in the subscription order form. For the payment you will be redirected to our processing bank webpage (Česka Spořitelna a.s) which will ask you to fill in the card details - your credit card number, expiry date and validation code CVV2/CVC2 (three- digit code printed on the signature panel on the back side of your card). This code helps to validate you as a legitimate cardholder and increases commitment to protect customer from fraud.

The processing bank - Česka Spořitelna a.s. is the only entity processing your card details and guarantees encrypted data transmission . Windguru.cz receives only the result of authorization and instructions about how to further process the transaction. This method prevents misusage of your card by the subject who sells goods or services. You will be informed about the result of transaction via email.

The presence of logos Verified by Visa of card association Visa and MasterCard Secure Code of card association MasterCard guarantees you the safe payment at windguru.cz.

If problems occurred during payment, it could have been due to the following reasons:

credit card details were not entered correctly
you do not have sufficient funds on your account or you have exceeded the fixed limit for internet transactions
your card is not intended for on-line shopping, please contact your issuer to clarify your problem
you have pop-up windows disabled in your browser, please enable pop-ups for the payment otherwise the 3D secure verification does not work
