Barcelona area  [WS/KITE - spots. (where to go sailng...)] Barcelona -- good place for a windsurfer? -- or maybe better than where I am? I am trying to figure out if a move from Vancouver Island Canada to Barcelona will mean windsurfing more or less. Here I sail April-ish thru October. Local wind is often strong but there are currents, rocks, and no one to sail with. I drive a lot to go windsurfing. There is more wind fron Nov thru Feb but it is so very cold. All local waves are onshore. Barcelona looks warmer but the winds look lighter. It also looks like it may be very difficult to own a car -- but perhaps local winds within biking distance is possible. Or perhaps living outside of the city (Casteldelfelds?) may be an option? Is owning and driving a car really difficult? Like wind between 15-30+ knots, but can have fun in 8-15 knots too.
